Here's a great little video I first saw at the ASCUE conference earlier this month.
It does a great job of explaining Wikis in plain english.

I like the way this video explains the Wiki in laymen's terms. I think I will use this example in my 21st Century Techniques class this fall to introduce the concept of Wiki. I will also introduce the idea of a class blog early in the semester and use it to encourage class interaction on the topics we are covering, including Finale.
